My name is Nick LaBarge, President of Innovative Outcomes LLC. I am a native of Upstate New York, but moved to the Nature Coast when I was in high school.  I attended Florida State University and earned my BS degree in Family and Child Sciences in 2002 and my MS in Elementary Education in 2005.  I also attended Florida Institute of Technology where I studied Behavior Analysis.  I became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2018.

Prior to starting Innovative Outcomes LLC, I worked in public education for 13 years and in a private school for one year.  Most of my educational experience is working with Special Education in grades ranging from Kindergarten-post secondary transition.  My experience also includes serving as a Special Education/ESE specialist for two school years.

When I'm not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my family, travelling, studying history, and FSU sports.

We begin with an initial consultation of up to one hour to discuss your interests, concerns, and as needed, a review of records and other information. The services provided are listed below.

The process of obtaining and maintaining adequate special education services can be an intimidating process with all of the steps, paperwork, meetings, and of course many terms and abbreviations to remember.  Let me use my experience to help ensure that your child gets an educational plan that is effective, but is also being followed to fidelity.

Through a partnership with Full Spectrum Behavior Analysis, I provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment to students with disabilities.  I accept Medicaid (Titles 19 and 21) and various private insurances.
